For most of startup history, building a company meant building a team. You hired your way to scale, engineering, sales, operations. The bigger the ambition, the bigger the org chart. That assumption no longer holds. A new paradigm of human-AI interaction is redefining how companies scale. Midjourney reached hundreds of millions in revenue with fewer than 40 people. Cursor crossed $400M ARR at the same size. They didn't scale headcount. They scaled leverage.
The founders who understand this don't have less responsibility. They have more leverage.

The bottleneck has never been effort. It's always been judgment, what to build, for whom, and why it matters. For most of the last decade, founders spent the majority of their time on execution: hiring, managing, coordinating. The best ideas often lost to the best-funded org charts. That constraint is loosening. The founders who move first won't be the ones who hire fastest. They'll be the ones whose judgment is sharpest, because when execution becomes abundant, clarity becomes the scarcest resource of all.
nAItive is built around that insight. Not a course, not an accelerator, a 6-month environment designed to sharpen your judgment while you build a real company. Every morning, you learn what an AI-native founder actually needs to know. Every afternoon, you build. Around you, 20 founders operating at the same intensity, with the same clarity of purpose. The structure compounds: a daily rhythm that keeps you in motion, and a cycle-gate method that forces you to test reality, not just think about it.
Five months on H-FARM campus in Venice, Italy. Every morning you learn. Every afternoon you build. Every Gate you sharpen the thesis. By month 5 you have a company in motion, not a prototype, not a pitch deck.
Founder's Day. You present what you've built and what you've learned. The bar is evidence, not perfection. Customers if you have them. Traction if you don't. Always the truth.
This is what a typical day at nAItive looks like. Not a schedule imposed from outside, but a structure built around how founders actually do their best work. The structure is not there to fill your calendar. It's there to make you better. Sport to clear the mind. Learning to sharpen it. Building to test it. Decompressing to protect it. Connecting to expand it. Five blocks, every day, by design.
Building a company is a long game. Physical discipline is not a luxury, it is infrastructure. Every morning begins with movement. The form is yours. The commitment is not optional. We provide access to H-FARM's sports facilities: fully equipped gym, running trails through the countryside, tennis and padel courts, BMX track, kayak on the river, and dedicated yoga and pilates spaces. A nutrition program designed for cognitive performance completes the picture.
Cognitive performance, stress resilience, and creative capacity are all downstream of physical state. The best founders we know treat their body like a tool.
Group or individual. H-FARM campus facilities. 1 hour, every morning.
Most programs teach you to code or to pitch. We teach you to think, build, lead, and question, because founders who last do all four. Three integrated stacks. Technical depth meets business rigor meets creative excellence. This is not a bootcamp. This is a curriculum.
Three integrated stacks. Five months of depth. Seminars, workshops, and debates.
Practitioners, founders, researchers, and philosophers. No academics teaching theory. People who have done it, teaching what worked.
Technical depth for founders who don't outsource their stack. You learn how AI systems actually work — how to design them, ship them, scale them, and defend them. The bar is fluency, not familiarity.
The mechanics of building an AI-native company. From the first term sheet to the first hire, from positioning to pricing, this is where founders learn the disciplines that separate companies that scale from companies that stall.
Founders win or lose on narrative, design, and judgment as much as on product. This stack sharpens how you think, how you communicate, and how you build the audience that compounds into a moat.
Most founders fail by building something nobody wants. This cycle exists to prevent that. Every 2 weeks, you face the Gate: metrics, not slides. Continue or pivot, but never waste months on a dead end.
Some of your most important relationships won't start in a meeting room. They'll start over a glass of wine, after a long day of building. Investors, researchers, founders, all at the same table, guards down.
Guests rotate weekly. H-FARM attracts leading figures in technology, innovation, physics, mathematics, and philosophy. Founders, investors, researchers, and operators who are shaping what comes next.
At H-FARM Campus, you'll join events designed to connect and inspire: Dinner Connect, Storming Pizza, H-FARM Clubs, debates on philosophy and quantum.
By month 6, you leave with an AI-native company designed to operate without headcount. Your agents handle the work. You steer the vision.
An agent organization that executes core business functions, product, growth, operations, without additional hires.
Revenue before Founder's Day. Some nAItive founders will have paying customers before month 6, but it's not the benchmark.
We teach AI as spine, not tool. The program runs the same way. A single infrastructure layer that handles what's noise so you can focus on what's signal — and shows you how AI-native operations work from the inside.
Calendars, materials, session prep, gate readiness. One portal, not five tools.
Loop-aware guidance: where you are, what the next phase asks, what the gate will demand. So your time goes into proof, not coordination.
We are not looking for people who want to become founders.
We are looking for founders already in motion.
Technically fluent. Intellectually restless. Evidence of bias to action.
Values we look for
nAItive is fully funded and equity-free. Selected founders pay nothing. The program invests in you, so you can invest entirely in your venture.
Leonid Boguslavsky is a technology entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist. He is the founder of RTP Global, which since 2000 has backed hundreds of founders, including the teams behind billion-dollar companies such as Datadog, Delivery Hero, and CRED. Earlier in his career, he built a leading IT services company and exited it to PwC.
His approach is consistent: focus on how things are built, not just what is built. He backs founders with the discipline to execute and the resilience to see things through, a standard shaped in part by his experience completing multiple Ironman races and the Ironman World Championship in Kona.
nAItive Fellowship is a continuation of this belief. Founded with H-FARM, it supports a small cohort of AI-native founders building companies around fundamentally new ways of thinking and operating. The programme is fully funded, equity-free, and designed to turn ambitious ideas into real companies.
Europe's largest innovation campus. 51 hectares of space designed for building, thinking, and living. A community of 3,000 people, students, researchers, founders, investors, where different minds, different backgrounds, and different disciplines collide daily. Where technology meets nature, and unexpected connections spark new ideas.
nAItive accepts 20 founders per cohort. No tuition. No equity. Applications require evidence of motion, not just ambition.
