— The shift

The org chart is changing.
Agents are joining the team.

For most of startup history, building a company meant building a team. You hired your way to scale, engineering, sales, operations. The bigger the ambition, the bigger the org chart. That assumption no longer holds. A new paradigm of human-AI interaction is redefining how companies scale. Midjourney reached hundreds of millions in revenue with fewer than 40 people. Cursor crossed $400M ARR at the same size. They didn't scale headcount. They scaled leverage.

The founders who understand this don't have less responsibility. They have more leverage.

— Why this matters now
The founder role is changing.
Execution is becoming abundant.
Clarity is not.

The bottleneck has never been effort. It's always been judgment, what to build, for whom, and why it matters. For most of the last decade, founders spent the majority of their time on execution: hiring, managing, coordinating. The best ideas often lost to the best-funded org charts. That constraint is loosening. The founders who move first won't be the ones who hire fastest. They'll be the ones whose judgment is sharpest, because when execution becomes abundant, clarity becomes the scarcest resource of all.

Strategist The problem is still yours to define. The vision is still yours to hold. But the execution layer beneath you has changed entirely.
Architect You design systems, not teams. Agent organizations that run product, growth, and operations, without headcount.
Operator You ship, validate, and iterate at a speed no human team can match. The leverage is real. The accountability is still yours.

We built nAItive for founders who see it too.

A six-month fellowship for AI-Native Founders.

nAItive is built around that insight. Not a course, not an accelerator, a 6-month environment designed to sharpen your judgment while you build a real company. Every morning, you learn what an AI-native founder actually needs to know. Every afternoon, you build. Around you, 20 founders operating at the same intensity, with the same clarity of purpose. The structure compounds: a daily rhythm that keeps you in motion, and a cycle-gate method that forces you to test reality, not just think about it.

Six months H-FARM · Venice
Foundation.

Six months on H-FARM campus in Venice, Italy. Every morning you learn. Every afternoon you build. Every Gate you sharpen the thesis. By the end you have a company in motion, not a prototype, not a pitch deck.

Founder's Day Showcase.

You present what you've built and what you've learned. The bar is evidence, not perfection. Customers if you have them. Traction if you don't. Always the truth.

At Europe's largest innovation campus.
To friends, partners, investors & press.
— Daily rhythm

Structure is how nAItive founders compound.

This is what a typical day at nAItive looks like. Not a schedule imposed from outside, but a structure built around how founders actually do their best work. The structure is not there to fill your calendar. It's there to make you better. Sport to clear the mind. Learning to sharpen it. Building to test it. Decompressing to protect it. Connecting to expand it. Five blocks, every day, by design.

07:30 → 08:30 Sport Sport, yoga, mindset. The day starts in the body. 1 hr
09:00 → 13:00 Learn Tech, business, and creative fluency. 30 modules designed to build founders who can think, build, and communicate at the highest level. 4 hrs
14:00 → 18:00 Build Uninterrupted execution time. You work on your venture, supported by nAItive INTELLIGENCE agents. No lectures. No interruptions. 4 hrs
18:00 → 19:00 Decompress Step away from the screen. Walk, reflect, reset before the evening. 1 hr
After 19:00 Connect Dinner as programming. Founders, investors, operators at the table. Daily

— Sport · 07:30–08:30

The day starts in the body
& in the mind.

Building a company is a long game. Physical discipline is not a luxury, it is infrastructure. Every morning begins with movement. The form is yours. The commitment is not optional. We provide access to H-FARM's sports facilities: fully equipped gym, running trails through the countryside, tennis and padel courts, BMX track, kayak on the river, and dedicated yoga and pilates spaces. A nutrition program designed for cognitive performance completes the picture.

Yoga Pilates Gym Running Cycling Tennis Padel BMX Longboard Kayak Ping Pong
Why it matters

Cognitive performance, stress resilience, and creative capacity are all downstream of physical state. The best founders we know treat their body like a tool.

Format

Group or individual. H-FARM campus facilities. 1 hour, every morning.

— Learn · 09:00–13:00

The morning is for
learning what matters.

Most programs teach you to code or to pitch. We teach you to think, build, lead, and question, because founders who last do all four. Three integrated stacks. Technical depth meets business rigor meets creative excellence. This is not a bootcamp.

Learning

Three integrated stacks. Five months of depth. Modules, workshops, and debates.

Faculty

Practitioners, founders, researchers, and philosophers. No academics teaching theory. People who have done it, teaching what worked.

Tech Stack Build with AI, not just on AI.

Technical depth for founders who don't outsource their stack. You learn how AI systems actually work — how to design them, ship them, scale them, and defend them. The bar is fluency, not familiarity.

Design and orchestrate multi-agent systems that handle real-world complexity.
Engineer LLMs to perform reliably outside the demo, with evals and observability.
Ship AI products that handle uncertainty without breaking user trust.
Architect infrastructure that scales without burning capital on inference.
Build — and defend against — adversarial attacks on AI systems.
Validate product ideas in hours with no-code prototyping.
Deploy agents that take real actions across browsers, desktops, and APIs.
Business Stack Build a company, not just a product.

The mechanics of building an AI-native company. From the first term sheet to the first hire, from positioning to pricing, this is where founders learn the disciplines that separate companies that scale from companies that stall.

Read a term sheet and protect your equity through every round.
Position an AI product where distribution is actually winnable.
Price for sustainability when inference is your largest COGS.
Sell as a founder — discovery, demos, objection handling, closing.
Hire AI talent in a market where every company is hiring AI talent.
Build operational systems that scale without you staying in the loop.
Lead a team through prolonged uncertainty without losing yourself.
Human Stack Build the founder, not just the company.

The skills no resume captures. Self-awareness, emotional clarity, creative thinking, the ability to listen — to people, to data, to your own instincts. Founders who last don't just out-build others. They out-think, out-listen, and out-last them.

Read what people mean, not just what they say.
Stay clear when the model fails, the team panics, or the runway tightens.
Listen with intent to understand, not to reply.
Think laterally where the consensus thinks linearly.
Hold uncertainty without rushing to false clarity.
Give feedback that lands. Take feedback that changes you.
Build relationships that compound across hires, investors, and partners.

The afternoon is for
building your AI-Native company.

Most founders fail by building something nobody wants. This cycle exists to prevent that. Every 2 weeks, you face the Gate: metrics, not slides. Continue or pivot, but never waste months on a dead end.

6
Phases. One question each. You don't move forward until reality answers.

The Gate. No extensions. Gate reviews are led by operators and investors who've built or funded companies at your stage. Continue or pivot, but never lie to yourself.

— Connect · After 19:00

The evening is
for the people around you.

Some of your most important relationships won't start in a meeting room. They'll start over a glass of wine, after a long day of building. Investors, researchers, founders, all at the same table, guards down.

Who you meet

Guests rotate weekly. H-FARM attracts leading figures in technology, innovation, physics, mathematics, and philosophy. Founders, investors, researchers, and operators who are shaping what comes next.

What

At H-FARM Campus, you'll join events designed to connect and inspire: Dinner Connect, Storming Pizza, H-FARM Clubs, debates on philosophy and quantum.

— Who this is for

We select for capability.
Demonstrated.

Most programs select for potential — for who you might become with their help. We don't.

nAItive selects for Outstanding Personal Competitive Advantage — a specific, demonstrable capability.

18+ Age range
20 Cohort size

Three forms · one qualifies

Form 01 Deep domain knowledge Understands a specific problem at a level a generalist would take years to reach.
Form 02 Unusual skill combination Intersection of two domains creates a vantage point others lack.
Form 03 Pattern of autonomous action Outsized results relative to age, context, and resources — before anyone gave permission.

— How we select

Three stages.
Each tests what others cannot.

We assess talents — not ideas, not credentials, not motivation. Our process is deliberately thorough: three stages, each probing what the others cannot.

Stage 01 · Application

Your background and your edge. Followed by an asynchronous AI-led conversation that probes both.

Stage 02 · Challenge

A focused exercise. We see how you reason — and where AI changes the way you reason.

Stage 03 · Interview

A two-step conversation with the Admission Committee.

— Backing

Leonid Boguslavsky
Tech entrepreneur, founder of RTP Global

Leonid Boguslavsky is a technology entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist. He is the founder of RTP Global, which since 2000 has backed hundreds of founders, including the teams behind billion-dollar companies such as Datadog, Delivery Hero, and CRED. Earlier in his career, he built a leading IT services company and exited it to PwC.

His approach is consistent: focus on how things are built, not just what is built. He backs founders with the discipline to execute and the resilience to see things through, a standard shaped in part by his experience completing multiple Ironman races and the Ironman World Championship in Kona.

nAItive Fellowship is a continuation of this belief. Founded with H-FARM, it supports a small cohort of AI-native founders building companies around fundamentally new ways of thinking and operating. The programme is fully funded, equity-free, and designed to turn ambitious ideas into real companies.
